When will my order arrive?
Each tee is printed to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, then Standard shipping adds 3–7 business days in transit — about 5–12 business days total. Express is 3–8 business days total. Full detail on our Shipping Policy page.
How much is shipping?
Standard is $8.00, Express is $15.00, and Standard shipping is free on every order over $75 — applied automatically, no code needed.
What size should I get?
Our tees are a classic unisex fit. Check the Size Guide for measurements. If you are between sizes or want a boxier early-2000s fit, size up. Still unsure? Email us and we will help you pick.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every tee is printed to order, we can only accept returns on items that arrive damaged, defective, or wrong. Email support@westbayclothing.com with photos within 7 days of delivery and we will send a prepaid return label. See the full Refund Policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering at support@westbayclothing.com and we will change or cancel it if production has not started. After production begins we cannot make changes.
How do I make the shirts last?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Checkout is secured and encrypted by Shopify — we never see or store your card details.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out as a guest in under a minute.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Right now we ship within the United States. Email support@westbayclothing.com if you are elsewhere and we will let you know when we open up your region.
