Every WESTBAY tee is made to order, so here is exactly what happens after you check out and when your package will land.
Shipping rates
- FREE Standard shipping on orders over $75 — applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.
- Standard shipping: $8.00 on orders under $75.
- Express shipping: $15.00 if you need it faster.
Processing time
Our tees are printed on demand, one at a time. Production takes 2–5 business days before your order ships. You will get a shipping confirmation email with tracking the moment it leaves the print facility.
Delivery time (United States)
- Standard: 3–7 business days in transit — about 5–12 business days total from the day you order.
- Express: 1–3 business days in transit — about 3–8 business days total from the day you order.
Orders with several items may arrive in more than one package at no extra cost to you.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after it is created — that is normal.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will reship it once you cover the return shipping cost.
Lost, stolen or delayed packages
If tracking has not updated in 7 business days, or it shows delivered but you do not have the package, email support@westbayclothing.com with your order number. We will open a carrier claim and make it right.
Taxes and fees
Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. There are no hidden fees added after checkout.
